Open-Source-Websites.com is in no way liable or any script that is provided to us illegally. Open-Source-Websites.com reserves the right to verify proof of purchase for the script.
Open Source Scripts - Open-Source-Websites.com will download the latest verison of the script available from the website of the script.
Minimum Requirements - Open-Source-Websites.com are not responsible for if the server does not meet the requirments of the script. Please make sure that your hosting server does meet the specific requirements of the script. If you are unsure if they do, you can always contact us and we can do our best to help you. Open-Source-Websites.com does suggest contact your technical support of the hosting company to make sure. Open-Source-Websites.com will refund any fee paid if we are unable to install the script on your server if unable to install the script due to the server or the script.
Testing Period - Once the script is installed, Open-Source-Websites.com will test the script to ensure there are no problems caused by the installation process. There is a one week testing period for you, the customer, to report any problems found. If the script has been modified in any way, we will not provide a refund.
Open-Source-Websites.com is not responsible for any bugs, holes, or secuirty issues with the script. Please make sure you read the Terms of Use for the script, also any licensing information for the script. We simply install the script as it is.
Upgrades - Upgrades are not included with the purchase of the script install. If you find that the script has an upgrade within 5 business days of the installation we will uninstall the previous script and install the newer version. If you would like to purchase and upgrade for an exsisting script please contact us. We can also provided a subscription based upgrade service.
